6:00-8:00 p.m. Welcome Reception in the Palm Room. Enjoy a variety of hors d'oeuvres and refreshments at the hotel.
8:00-11:00 p.m. Chinatown - sightseeing and dinner on your own. Little Italy and Greenwich Village - time permitting

TUESDAY EVENING, July 18, 2000

7:00 - 10:00 p.m. The Yankee vs. the Phillies Baseball Game. Get there early for Yankee franks and batting practice. First 25,000 adults will receive a Budweiser key ring/bottle opener. Guests: $12 additional.

7:30 - 10:30 p.m. Broadway: "The Music Man." Guests: $34 additional

7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Harbor Lights Cruise. Guests: $18 for adults, $16 for senior, and $10 for children additional each.
11:00 - 12:00 p.m. Midnight Cowboy walking tour of Times Square and the theater district.

WEDNESDAY EVENING, July 19, 2000

7:00-10:00 p.m. The Yankee vs. the Tigers Baseball Game. Again get there early for Yankee franks and batting practice. Guests: $15 additional.

7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Summer Meeting Banquet at the Russian Tea Room - the newly reopened and restored show biz favorite next to Carnegie Hall. Dutch treat.
