Preliminary Interest
We would like to know how many people plan to (or hope to) attend the TRB A1F04 1999 Summer Meeting in San Diego, California. This will help us to be more effective in mailing out registration forms and information to people that will definitely or possibly attend the meeting. We would also like to get an idea of how many spouses/guests we might expect. If you return this form and have checked either the first or the second box we’ll mail you the registration package. And if you’re unable to attend we’d like to know this too, so that we don’t send you unnecessary info.
Please either fax this sheet to Rudy Hendriks at (916)653-7757 or e-mail the information to him at: rudy_hendriks@dot.ca.gov as soon as possible. Just mark the appropriate box, and fill in the space provided to indicate the number of spouses/guests joining you. And of course don’t forget to fill out the bottom part.
Of course I’m going to attend. I would not miss this opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas, and socialize with my TRB cohorts at the summer meeting. I will be bringing my spouse (yes/no, circle one) and/or ____ guests with me.
I would like to attend but I’m not sure at this time if my schedule (or my boss) will allow it. Please keep me informed by including me on any future mailings about the meeting. If I do get to attend, I will be bringing my spouse (yes/no, circle one) and/or____ guests with me.
I’m really sorry, there’s absolutely no way I can attend the meeting. Please take me off the list for any future mailings.(Knowing this will save us time and effort.)
