8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Meet in the lobby. Walk down to Café Du Monde for beignets and coffee. Everyone will be welcome. For those who purchased the Aquarium/Natchez passport combo, we will walk to the Aquarium of Americas from Café Du Monde. You may tour the Aquarium at your leisure. From the Aquarium, walk to the Riverwalk Marketplace. The Riverwalk has numerous shops and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. We will leave the Riverwalk in time to board the Steamboat Natchez at 2:00 p.m. The Steamboat returns at 4:30 p.m. We will return to the Hotel to freshen up for Dinner. Refer to Social Program for dinner details.

TUESDAY, July 24, 2001
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Meet in the lobby to take a walking tour of the French Quarter and courtyards with the Friends of the Cabildo, a historically accurate tour!
Afternoon will be free time!! We will not plan any activities this afternoon, since you will have walked about 2.5 - 3 hours in the morning during the summer in New Orleans. The exception is after lunch when everyone is invited to take a ride on the St. Charles Street car to its terminus and back. This is an inexpensive way to tour uptown New Orleans with its magnificent mansions and stately oaks. If you still feel like walking, on the trip back, hop off of the streetcar and walk around Audubon Park. It is a very pretty park, directly accessible by streetcar. Just be back in time for dinner. Refer to Social Program for dinner details.

WEDNESDAY, July 25, 2000
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Meet in the lobby and walk to the lighthouse at the Steamboat Natchez dock to begin the Super City tour. This is a 2-hour bus tour of the City for those of you who do not feel like walking. It includes a visit to St. Louis Cemetery #3, a view of Lake Pontchartrain, and a ride down St. Charles Ave. Refer to Social Program for lunch details. There will be no scheduled dinner events.
