The Renaissance Asheville Hotel will serve as the main meeting venue. It is conveniently located downtown, within a short walk to many shops, boutiques, restaurants, nightclubs and historic attractions. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of individual attendees and additional hotel and registration information for delegates and their guests can be found in this meeting packet, along with event descriptions and other area information. Be sure to visit ExploreAsheville.com and Facebook.com/Asheville for trip planning information.

The agenda will feature new and innovative transportation-related noise presentations, possibly panel discussions and some surprises. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will provide updates on all ongoing topics. In addition, attendees may want to participate in the National Highway Institute Highway Noise Course scheduled for later in the week (separate registration required). The complete meeting agenda will be posted online and distributed via the ADC40 network once it is finalized. Information regarding the Call for Papers is included in this meeting packet.

Sponsors and Exhibitors

The Summer TRB ADC40 Meeting provides a great opportunity for vendors to exhibit their products and services and for sponsors to be recognized for generously providing funds essential to the success of this conference. As in the past, vendors will be provided opportunities throughout the technical sessions for mini-presentations.

Sponsorships are available in tiered categories, as follows:

Exhibit Space is available for $600 per booth:
Exhibit space will be located in an enclosed area adjacent to the main meeting room. Breakfasts and AM and PM Breaks will occur in the exhibit area to ensure delegate circulation and visibility. Each exhibitor space includes one (1) 8-foot X 10-foot booth, power, two (2) chairs and one (1) 6-foot skirted table. Exhibit space is available from Sunday afternoon through early Tuesday evening. Special incentives are planned to increase contact time between exhibitors and delegates.

Exhibitors will be given information on shipping logistics upon receipt of payment. Please note that exhibitors will be given their choice of exhibit location in the exhibit hall in ORDER OF DATE OF PAYMENT. See the room layout on the following page.

Reserve today! We expect spaces to go fast!
